Staff BIO

Laura Tozer has an MA focused on community based renewable energy development from the University of Toronto and a BSc in Environmental Sciences from the University of Guelph. She has significant knowledge of renewable energy technology and the energy sector as well as extensive experience researching renewable energy, local energy and climate change planning, and community power.

Before joining the CEPP, Laura worked as a researcher for a leading climate change adaptation research group at the University of Guelph.
